$97/month — or $970/year if you prefer annual billing, which works out to 2 months free. Either way, the build itself costs nothing up front, and your plan includes hosting, SSL, mobile optimization, ongoing maintenance, routine content edits, and support. No hidden fees or surprise add-ons.
Yes. Tell us what you’d like different and we’ll revise the preview with you. The goal is a website you genuinely love before you decide anything.
Yes — your domain belongs to you. If you already have one it stays yours, and if you need one we’ll help you get set up and explain how it works before you launch. While your plan is active we may manage the DNS so everything works properly, but the domain stays registered to you and you can move it whenever you want.
Yes. You can cancel a monthly plan at any time, and your service stays active through the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for. There’s no cancellation fee and no long-term commitment on monthly. The annual plan is a prepaid 12-month term — cancelling stops it renewing at the end of that term.
Your website stays live through the end of the period you’ve paid for. After that, hosting, maintenance and support end — and we give you a 14-day migration window to move your website or services somewhere else if you’d like to. Your domain is yours throughout. We don’t automatically delete anything; if something needs to come down, a person does it and tells you first.
The annual plan is one prepaid 12-month term, and annual payments are non-refundable after purchase — except where required by law, or at our discretion. If something has gone wrong, talk to us; we’d rather sort it out than hide behind a policy. If you’d prefer maximum flexibility, the monthly plan is the one to pick.
Cards expire and payments occasionally bounce — it happens. You get a 7-day grace period to sort it out before your hosting and service may be suspended, and we’ll try to reach you first. Nothing is switched off automatically or instantly.
Previews usually come together quickly, and we’ll give you a realistic timeline as soon as we learn about your business, so you’re never left wondering.
